Terms of use
Effective 1 October 2026
The fine print. Printed large, because it's a pub.
The deal
By making an account or using the app, the web app or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's fine, just don't use it. You need to be 18 or older.
The community rules
Reviews, photos and everything else you post must follow the house rules. The short version: review parmis you actually ate, be fair, post only your own photos, no hate, harassment, defamation or spam, and don't review your own venue. The house rules are part of these terms.
Moderation
Anyone can report a review or photo, and you can block other reviewers. Our moderators may hide or remove anything that breaks these rules, and may suspend or close accounts that keep doing it. We'll usually explain why, but we don't have to, and we don't do debates in the comments. If you think we got it wrong, email us.
Official reviews
Reviews marked Official come from @chicken.parmi.adelaide. They're shown separately in gold and are never included in the community score. They are one person's honest opinion of one parmi on one day.
Scores
Every overall score is calculated from the five category scores (Chicken 35%, Sauce 25%, Cheese 25%, Crumb 10%, Chips 5%). Nobody can type one in. A pub needs at least three community reviews before it appears on the community leaderboard. Scores are opinions, not facts, and not a guarantee of anything about any venue.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show it in the app, on this site and in our own promotion of the app (for example, a screenshot featuring your review). The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies already out in the world. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to post it.
Pubs and prices
Venue details, prices and specials can change without anyone telling us. Check with the pub before you drive to Uraidla for a Wednesday special. We're not affiliated with any venue listed.
The legal bit
The app is provided as is. We try to keep it running and accurate but don't promise it will be. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, including a disappointing parmi. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia.
Changes
We may update these terms. If it's a meaningful change, we'll tell you in the app first. Keep using it after that and you've accepted the new version.
